My name is Sharmila Kaduskar and I am a UKCP registered Integrative psychotherapist and counsellor working in private practice. Using my experience gained from teaching counselling and psychotherapy at Re-Vision, professional research and policy making within the Civil Service, I offer therapy to clients, supervision for practitioners & students, and consultancy to organisations wishing to make their workplace and policies more psychologically sensitive.
